Payment 

We ask that payment is made immediately for buy it now items and within 4 days of an auction ending. Items not paid for in this time will be re-listed.

Delivery **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE TO COLLECTION ONLY ITEMS**

We send all our items eligible for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch within two working days of receiving payment. Please be aware we do not offer international shipping.

Once your item is marked as dispatched it can take up to two working days for your tracking to update on eBay. 

If we think your item requires additional tracking, we may upgrade the service for you. 

We cannot hold items once payment is made. 

We cannot send your item to an alternate address once payment is made. Any requests will result in the cancellation of the transaction. 

Returns and Refunds 

Please read the condition description prior to purchase to avoid disappointment with your item. Our items are donated and we do not have the facilities to test all electronics before sale, however we always include whether or not it is tested in our condition description. If items are listed as untested and do not work upon receipt we will not be able to offer refunds for this problem.
