That's right, this driver comes complete with a custom passive equalization network that provides smooth response to 20Khz & overload protection circuit. Simply place the EQ network in line with the driver, after any crossover you are currently using. It is an EQ only, not a crossover!!! Response of 800hz-20Khz with recommended crossover of 2.2Khz @ 12dB, 1.6Khz @ 18dB or 1.2Khz @ 24dB. Originally intended for high end car audio horns but can be used for home/pro/car & even boats
