Our opening hours are from 8am to 4pm. We are not open at weekends or on bank holidays. Any messages sent within these times will be answered the next working day. Please contact us if you have an issue with your purchase. We would like the opportunity to resolve the issue prior to being left any negative or neutral Feedback. Please keep all message polite, this will allow us to resolve any issues promptly for you.

International Sales

All international sales are handled through the Global Shipping Programme. If you buy something through the Global Shipping Programme but wish to return the item or feel you should be refunded, please open a case via eBay and the Global Shipping Programme will automatically deal with your request.

Offers/Buy It Now

We do not accept offers on any items. Any requests for a Buy It Now price or any offers made via messages will not be responded to.

Returns

All customers are entitled to be able to return the item they have purchased. We offer a 14-day return policy. The item returned must be the same item sent to you, we will not accept different items or items with missing parts.

Combined Postage

We are able to combine postage on auction items only. If you wish to buy more than one item and would like to ensure postage is combined, please send us a message when you have finished buying/bidding and we will send you a revised invoice.
