Available for your consideration is this stunning antique porcelain miniature teapot by Meissen of Germany. First quality item.
This rare miniature footed teapot features a squat shape and is decorated with encrusted flowers with leaves and painted insects. Gold highlighting on spout, handle and lid. Photos will describe the salts better than I can.
Measures approx. 5 1/2" across handle and spout, 4 1/4" in diamoter and 1 7/8" tall.
Signed on the bottom with the Meissen Crossed Swords used from 1815-1924.
In very good condition with no cracks or repairs. Several flowers have damaged pedal and leaves. See photos.
