This nifty(but a bit battered) cover(with 2-page letter) was sent from Shinkyo, Manchukuo, to Tobata City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, on August 18, 1939! The yellow green, 4-Fen, Manchkuoan definitive is in very good condition! The envelope is open at the top, and halfway open at the left side(and a bit at the right side, too), too. The back flap is about 75% intact, but has a number of folds. Noted imperfections aside, this remains a pretty neat piece of Manchukuoan, Japanese, and Chinese postal history!
