This relatively uncommon, business cover(with a 2-page letter; quite clean, but with slightly-jagged top, and some minor creases) was sent from Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, Prefecture, Japan, to Pyongyang, Korea(then occupied by the Japanese) on April 24, 1909! The red, 3-Sen Japanese definitive is in very fine condition! The SOTN CDS from the Takaoka P.O. is superb! The mail arrived in Pyongyang on April 27, 1909, and received a pretty good CDS. Noted imperfections aside, this remains a nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
