This relatively uncommon, express cover(with a 1-page telegram; pretty clean, but with shortened top, and a tear in the top of its right side caused when the envelope was first opened) was sent from Ryuzan, Korea(then occupied by the Japanese), to a nearby town/city(?; a nice strike, though, of the receiver!) on December 4, 1938! Outside of having its top trimmed off when the envelope was first opened, the green, 4-Sen Japanese definitive is in relatively good condition. The brown, 8-Sen Japanese issue is in very fine condition! The CDS from the Ryuzan P.O. is superb! The mail arrived at its destination on the same day. Noted imperfections aside, this express cover and telegram remain a nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
