This relatively uncommon cover(quite clean, but with slightly-jagged top, and with some creases here and there) was sent from Hamhung, Korea(then occupied by the Japanese), to Nagano Prefecture, Japan, on August 20, 1928! Outside of a folded, top, left corner perf, and a few stains on it, the red, 3-Sen Japanese definitive is in good condition. The CDS from the Hamhung P.O. is superb! Noted imperfections aside, this remains a nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
