This relatively uncommon cover(with a 2-page letter; quite clean, but with slightly-jagged top, and with some staining on the back of the stationery) was sent from Daegu, Korea(then occupied by the Japanese), to Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, on July 13, 1932! Outside of a pulled perf in it bottom, the red, 3-Sen Japanese definitive is in fine condition! The CDS from the Daegu P.O. is about 85-90% complete. Noted imperfections aside, this remains a nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
