This is a neat, uncommon, Japanese post card(w/vibrant colors, but with some noticeable wear and tear in the form of some creases, cut corners, and some stains) of Balloon Bridge, in Taiwan sent from Taipei, Taiwan(then occupied by the Japanese), to a pen pal/fellow post card collector in New York City, U.S.A., on March 21(7), 1922(CDS cancel is about 45-50% legible). The red, 3--Sen, Japanese issue is in very fine condition! The orange, 1-Sen Japanese definitive is in pretty fine condition, too, but does have a few, small small stains on it. The 4-Sen rate for Printed Matter(8-Sen for sending a post card with a longer message) was not in affect for too long, making this post card all the more unique!
