To continue, the Japanese-language, CDS cancel from the Nagatacho-area post office is pretty good, but smudged/light in some areas. The purple, English-language, transit cancel from the Tokyo P.O. is 75% complete.
Lastly, as for the postal stationery card, itself, it is in quite fine condition. It's quite clean! There is some minor wear and tear around the edges, mostly at the corners. Noted imperfections aside, considering that it's over 115 years old, this relatively rare, Japanese postal stationery card sent to Berlin, Germany, by an I.J.A. officer has survived the ravages of time very well!
