This neat, vermilion, GB Victoria, 1873-1877, 4p., Plate 14 issue was used at the British Post Office in St.Thomas, Danish West Indies, on November 16, 1876! It's in very good/fine condition! About half of the perfs on the left side have been greatly shortened, or cut off altogether. A nice, partial, "St. Thomas, Paid," CDS(55-60% complete) was applied, though!<div><br><div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></div>
