This really neat, dull vermilion, GB Victoria, 4d, 1870 (SG93, Plate 12/Spec.: Z9) issue was used at the British Post Office in Jacmel, Haiti! It's in very fine condition, but does have a partial hinge remnant! A great, almost-complete, barred numeral cancel was applied! GB stamps used abroad from Jacmel, Haiti, are not too common!<div><br><div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></div>
