We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. Due to health precautions, we cannot accept returns on Makeup, Skincare and Hair care products. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.

Although shipping is free when shopping at ForeverLux, any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $5.95 to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus $5.95.
