This is an Austrian Austro-Hungarian empire WWI era canteen cover. The item was faithfully reproduced here in the Czech Republic to look like the original. Quality material that were chosen to be as close as could be reasonably found to the originals were used in the construction. As well the pattern was made according to a known original. The cover has a draw string and a dated maker mark.  It is $5.50 to ship these rivets to anywhere outside Europe and  $5.00 to ship this item within Europe by registered airmail.
