These brakes came from an early 90s Gaint Iguana that was running a Suntour/DiaCompe XCM groupset, so they may be XCM as well. No stickers so can't tell for sure. The pads are Kool Stop, old but still have some life left in them. There is cosmetic surface rust on the steel parts, but they worked properly on the bike.
