Vintage Vandoren B45 Clarinet Mouthpiece
 
Really very good overall condition, with only cosmetic blemishes - see photos. (photos are enlarged making any scratches or blemishes look larger than they actually are).

Tip and rails are in good condition and are original. There is one small nick in one of the side rails .

This will need some cleaning.  There is a patch on the beak that can be removed or replaced.
