These floor mats only fit Lexus RC rear wheel drive, not all wheel drive, if you make the mistake and order the wrong one there is absolutely no exchange no return.

Shipped: Means FedEx label has been created and your item has been pulled, packaged, and shipped and in the of FedEx shipping containment trailer

Tendered: Means it has been picked up by FedEx and in there process of being taken to there local process center for process.

ETA: Means Estimated Time Of arrival, Not Guaranteed Time Of Arrival, delays cause by acts of God, etc are not the fault of the shipper.

Exception: Means you where not there when the driver arrive at the time of delivery, door tag will be left by the FedEx driver so if your not there so can sign the door tag and it will be left on the next delivery attempt, or you can go to FedEx and sign a electronic release form as well. Also you can have it forwarded to the nearest Walgreen, Kinko or FedEx office, or in the future have it deliver to your work place as well.

Delivered: It means your packaged has been received.

Once your item has a FedEx tracking number issued your order cannot be cancelled,

Also if and item is refused by buyer and return to the seller eBay policy states there is no refund issued and you will need to pay to have it shipped.
