6S51N-V nuvistor triode in miniature metal-ceramic version is designed for voltage amplification and oscillation generation in the frequency range from infra-low to ultra-high. It is made in a metal case with flexible leads. The cathode is oxide cathode of indirect filament.
Miniature metal-ceramic lamps - nuvistors are characterized by increased reliability, vibration and temperature resistance, long service life. They are designed for operation at frequencies of 400-800MHz, as well as in microphone amplifiers.
