One more example of Tokina AF 24-40mm F2.8  FX lens with caps  . Focus works great, aperture opens and closes well and optics show  dust specs and wipe marks plus some hazing but still works fine . .Barrel does show some wear. Above pics were taken with this lens on Nikon D90.

There is a small issue the aperture locking button on the side doesnt seem to be working you will need to keep the aperture on smallest possible number and change Thea aperture on the camera itself. 

This Lens will autofocus properly on the following cameras:

Nikon D50,70,80,90,100,200,300,600,700,800,7100,7000,D3,D4 D750.

On 

Entry level cameras like Nikon d40,40X,60,3000,3100,3200,5000,5100,5200,3300 etc you will have to focus manually.
