Return Policy:
- We have a very lenient return policy with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) offered within 30 days from date of purchase. Any defective/damaged merchandise can be exchanged up to 180 days from the date of purchase.
- The seller is responsible for return shipping costs for defective cartridge.
- We will not issue pay for return shipping for wrong ordered items. We will deduct shipping for wrong ordered item.
- All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us to get RMA number.
