• FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON CONTIGUOUS US ORDERS. (UPS, FEDEX OR USPS)
• Free shipping excludes shipment to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, PO BOX, Military Address/Base APO & FPO(US Postal Service) etc.
• We will ship your order within 2 business day after payment received.
• Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers will be provided on both PayPal and eBay.
• Canada order will change shipping. 
   

  Return Policy:
 

• We have a very lenient return policy with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) offered within 30 days from date of purchase. Any defective/damaged merchandise can be exchanged up to 180 days from the date of purchase.
• The seller is responsible for return shipping costs for defective cartridge.
• We will not issue pay for return shipping for wrong ordered items. We will deduct shipping for wrong ordered item.
• All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us to get RMA number.
