If you purchase a Free Shipping item (No Additional Charge for Shipping), JR's Music Depot will select, at no charge to you, the shipping method that balances time in transit, cost, and dependability of the delivery. Most Free Shipping orders will be shipped by USPS. All free shipping promotions are intended for customers within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and District of Columbia only unless otherwise noted. "Free shipping" is not really free. We paid to ship the item to you, the cost is simply embedded in the selling price of the item. If you return the item we will refund you the selling price less the cost of shipping the item to you.	To avoid confusion, please use the official Ebay return process if you wish to return any items purchased through Ebay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu. SPECIAL ORDER. All Gold Mouthpieces are plated to order when you purchase your mouthpiece. GOLD Mouthpiece RETURNS are subject to a 30% restocking fee due to the custom nature of this order. Please order carefully with this in mind. Returned items must be returned in such a condition that they can still be sold as new items, including the product-specific packaging such as mouthpiece boxes. All returned items must be unblemished, with no nicks, dents, gouges, scrapes, and/or scratches. Any damaged returns will be charged a minimum 50% fee (in addition to any applicable re-stocking fee). Except in the case of an error on our part, ALL shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Except for error on our part or damage in shipping, all returned mouthpieces will be assessed a 10% per item cleaning/restocking fee. If a credit is issued due to our error, please allow 2 weeks for refunds to post. Please note some banks can take up to one full billing cycle to post your credit. Consult your banks policies for more information. If you decide to return a Free Shipping item, the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We gladly accept PayPal payments! Virginia residents will be charged 5.30% sales tax as required by Virginia law unless Virginia reseller's documentation is provided.
Conditions of Sale
Please contact us within 3 days of the end of the sale to avoid any confusion. Payment is required within 7 days. If other arrangements are not made, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed to retrieve our fees from eBay.
