If your not going to be home at the time of delivery you can simply sign the door tag left by the FedEx driver and they will leave it at your door step on the following delivery.

If after 3 attempted delivery's FedEx ship the item is ship back to Lexus.
You will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned and you will need to have the item reshipped back to you.
If you don't want to have the item reshipped or you choose not to pay to cover the cost of the item being return to Lexus then you just voided your purchase with no refund to the buyer.
