Tendered: Means it has been picked up by FedEx and in there process of being taken to there local process center for process.

ETA: Means Estimated Time Of arrival, Not Guaranteed Time Of Arrival, delays cause by acts of God, etc are not the fault of the shipper.

Exception: Means you where not there when the driver arrive at the time of delivery, door tag will be left by the fedex driver so if your not there so can sign the door tag and it will be left on the next delivery attempt, or you can go to fedex and sign a electronic release form as well. Also you can have it forwarded to the nearest Walgreen, Kinko or fedex office, or in the future have it deliver to your workplace as well.

Delivered: It means your package has been received.
