Cover: VG+ to EXC, shows moderate shelf wear, tiny bit of paper missing on back cover (please see photos), a few sections of edge have been expertly repaired; otherwise, no cutout holes or writing thereon.   

Disc: EXC, has few light marks not affecting sound, early pressing 1A/1A stampers, has earliest Musicor Lp label. Plays well. Monaural. Original Owner.
