the tubes seem to be not used tested NOS perfectly matched:
tube1 - Ia=11,0mA
tube2 - Ia=11,0mA
where 10mA is 100% for the new tubes
There is almost always the possibility with the old production tubes that they were used for a while,
but I'm pretty sure that the tubes are new, never used - look great, test strong
you will get the tubes you can see at the pictures.
I always send the tubes by priority registered mail with tracking number within hours after receiving payment
