Here is an interesting item for you - I wasn't able to find anything quite like it in my research.  Unfortunately, because of that, I cannot 100% identify its origin or vintage.  Definitely has some age to it, as the glass does lightly flouresce green under a blacklight.  I'm pretty sure it is either a nut dish or a candy dish and the center handle is just shy of 7" tall, while the dish part is 4 1/4" wide.  The decoration consists of gold flowers on green leaf-shaped panels, with gold cross-hatch designs on the side and gold trim at the top of the handle.  There is some wear to the decoration on the underside, but there are no cracks or chips anywhere.

I'm thinking that this is either going to be Bohemian glass of some maker, or possibly English, Victorian-era.  If you know for sure, please let me know...I'm very interested to find out.
