Shipping Policy

* We will only ship the item(s) to a confirmed USPS shipping address.

* It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, including apt/unit numbers.

* Work Time : Monday ~ Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received during Weekends & Holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Return / Exchange Policy

* We have a 30 days return policy counted from the delivered date, we will not accept any returns past 30 days. 

* All items should be tested prior to install, any items damaged from install or uninstall will not be accepted.

* Return items must be in original packaging and with any accessories included, especially the labels.

* Any returns damaged during transit from poor packaging will not be accepted. If we shipped the item to you in a box, please do not ship back in just a padded envelope.  

* All of our items have our branded JM logo stamp and or stick on them.

* Please make sure to include your Ebay ID, invoice or return number inside a secured box to locate your order.
